四、 Hastelloy C-2000 (N06200, 2.4675) Hastelloy welding performance:

1. Good safe working conditions must be established before welding work. Welders must be properly protected, space restrictions must be avoided, and adequate ventilation must be provided. Be sure to follow the recommendations for welding and cutting safety in ANSIA SCZ49.1-88.

2. The welding surface and surrounding area must be thoroughly cleaned and oil stains removed before welding.

3. Ni-Cr-Mo alloy has the characteristics of low penetration and requires a suitable welding angle and a minimum welding surface.

4. The interlayer temperature should be controlled below 93°C and should not be overheated. (Especially for welding of thin parts).

五、Bars are supplied in forged and rolled state, with surface polished or polished; round cakes and ring blanks are supplied in forged state; the rings are supplied in solid solution state, solid solution, alkali pickling, straightening, trimming and then supplied as plates; strip steel It leaves the factory after being cold rolled, solutioned, and descaled; the wire rods are delivered as solution pickled discs or straight bars, solid solution straight bars, and finely polished.
