Q345 Carbon Square Tube

Carbon square tubes are primarily made of carbon structural steel (such as Q235 and Q345) and high-quality carbon steel, with a carbon content ranging from 0.12% to 0.25%. They are processed through cold bending and welding (the mainstream process) or seamless rolling, resulting in square or rectangular cross-sections (rectangular square tubes are often collectively referred to as "carbon square and rectangular tubes"). Their core positioning is as a "general-purpose structural pipe," combining the high strength of steel with the lightweight advantages of a hollow cross-section. They can replace traditional profiles such as I-beams and channel steel, achieving "steel substitution and cost savings." They also possess excellent welding, cutting, and bending properties, adapting to various structural design requirements.
